Sylvia Marciniak Memorial Scholarship

Established by Barbara Marciniak Olgiati and her husband, Louis, in memory of Sylvia Marciniak,a dedicated and artistically talented professor at Macomb Community College. This scholarship provides financial assistance to students enrolled in the Art for Advertising Specialty in the Media and Communication Arts (MACA) Department.

• declared major in Art for Advertising Specialty, Media and Communication Arts
• completed one semester in the MACA Department
• minimum GPA 3.0 each semester of award
• financial need (FAFSA required)
• one letter of recommendation from a MACA instructor
• required portfolio review by MACA faculty advisor
• renewable, based on application
• award is for tuition, fees and books
• total award cannot exceed three semesters
