Established by the family and friends of Lloyd Michael Todd to honor his achievements in the field of law enforcement and provide scholarship assistance to students enrolled in Macomb’s Law Enforcement program.

  • completed 6 credit hours of law enforcement courses at Macomb Community College
  • minimum GPA 2.5 each semester of award
  • award is for tuition, fees and books
