Nancy T. Darga Nursing Scholarship

Established in memory of Nancy Darga to provide scholarship assistance to students enrolled in the Nursing Program at Macomb Community College. Nancy was a proud 1978 graduate of the College’s nursing program and a dedicated and compassionate nurse for over 30 years. Through this scholarship, the Darga family continues Nancy’s legacy of compassion and service, helping future nurses achieve their educational and professional goals.

• must be enrolled in Macomb Community College Nursing program
• minimum GPA 3.0 each semester of award
• minimum half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more)
• must submit a 250-word essay on “How you will promote compassion in your career as a nurse”?
• award is for tuition, fees and other educational expenses
• recipient agrees to meet with Donor
