William Tschirhart Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Established by family and colleagues of the late William Tschirhart, a former mathematics professor at Macomb, this scholarship provides financial assistance to outstanding students pursuing a mathematics or science-related degree.

  • half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) in the fall semester
  • minimum GPA 3.2 each semester of award
  • 24 credit hours or more completed at Macomb Community College
  • award is for tuition, fees and books
  • brief summary of applicant’s educational goals in pursuing a degree in mathematics or the sciences
  • letter of recommendation from a Macomb Community College Mathematics or Science professor must be included with application
