Established in memory of Leokadia Marshall, the scholarship provides financial assistance to qualified students at Macomb Community College.
• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA 2.5 each semester of award
• award is for tuition, fees and books
• renewable, based on application and available funds
