Ed and Emica Syrocki Legacy Scholarship

The Ed and Emica Syrocki Legacy Scholarship was created to assist future generations who want to pursue a career in the skilled trades areas which includes the automotive area. Prior to Ed’s retirement, his company, EMS Classic Car Care, was a thriving vehicle restoration business and he was very well known within the industry. The immense joy he received from his career led him to want to create the opportunity for others to also find their passion in a similar field.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• enrolled in a Skilled Trades program (either credit or non-credit) at Macomb Community College
• preference given to the Automotive area at Macomb Community College
• minimum 2.5 GPA at the time of application. New incoming students must upload most recent high school/college transcript
• award is for tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses
