Established by family and friends to honor the memory of Denise Miarka, a member of the Information Technology faculty at Macomb Community College since 1982.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA 2.5 each semester of award
• preference to students enrolled in the Information Technology program
• award is for tuition, fees and books
• renewable based on application and funds available
