Professor Henry W. Anderson Culinary Arts Memorial Endowed Scholarship
Established in memory of Professor Anderson, who was instrumental in the initial planning of the culinary arts facility at Macomb’s Center Campus. He began the culinary program in 1967 and served as baking and management instructor until he retired in 2001. He had a desire for student success and a passion for baking.
- student must be entering second semester in the Macomb Culinary Institute
- half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
- minimum GPA 3.0 each semester of award
- award is for tuition and educational expenses
- brief biography describing education and career goals in culinary arts and /or hospitality industry
- two letters of recommendation must accompany the application. Recommendation letter cannot be from a
Macomb Community College culinary arts instructor
