Joseph Blanke Memorial Award

Awarded to eligible pre-service students upon completion of the Macomb Police Academy. The winner is presented with $200.00 and a certificate during the academy graduation ceremony.

• a graduate of Macomb Community College with an Associate’s Degree in Law Enforcement. The applicant must submit a copy of degree with application
• or eligible for an Associate’s Degree in Law Enforcement upon completion of the Macomb Police Academy
• a Macomb county resident
• a pre-service applicant to the Macomb Police Academy
• accepted into/a student in a current Macomb academy class
• a student who has applied for the Blanke Memorial Award and submitted a typed essay
