PCS Product Manufacturing & Technology Scholarship

This scholarship was established by the PCS Company to support and promote students with a desire to build a career and advance themselves in the manufacturing industry. As experts in the molding industry, we value innovation, technology, quality, and customer service. Through this scholarship, PCS is investing in the future of Macomb students to ultimately build a stronger talent pipeline into the manufacturing industry.

• open to currently enrolled students including incoming high school students
• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours) or more
• enrolled in credit or non-credit classes applicable to manufacturing and/or technology programs at Macomb Community College, including but not limited to, CAM Technologist (CAD/CAM), CNC Machining, Mold Maker,
  Product Development, Quality Technology, and Tool & Die
• minimum GPA 2.5 each semester of award
• briefly describe in 250 words or less, what your educational goals, career aspirations, challenges overcome and/or accomplishments achieved, how this scholarship will help you meet your goals.
• describing career and educational goals
• award is for tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses
• if selected, the recipient(s) agree to work with Macomb’s Career Services office to meet with PCS Company leadership, tour their facility in Fraser, Michigan, and discuss internship/career opportunities
• awards are renewable for one-year contingent upon the following requirements:
  o student must submit a new scholarship application each year
  o availability of funds
  o student continues to meet eligibility criteria
