Donald F. Hjelle Jr. Endowed Memorial Scholarship

Established in memory of Donald F. Hjelle Jr. who had a life-long interest in Robotics and Computer Science. This scholarship is to assist students in accomplishing their educational goals.

• open to students pursuing a degree in the Robotics or Computer Science areas
• preference, but not limited to descendants of Mag Automation (formerly Thyssen Krupp, Giddings & Lewis and The Cross Co.)
• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA of 2.5 each semester of award
• U.S citizen
• briefly describe, in 150 words what your technology goals or aspirations are and how this scholarship will help you meet your goals
• award is for tuition, fees and books
