Stanley J. Salter Memorial Endowed Music Scholarship

Established in 1985 in memory of Stanley J. Salter, a vocal music teacher of the Utica Community School district. This scholarship provides financial assistance to the talented students interested in the Music program at Macomb Community College.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA 2.5 each of semester of award
• recommended by member of music faculty
• recipients must be enrolled in a music class at time of award
• brief essay explaining interest in music
• award is for tuition, fees and books
• recipients may re-apply for this scholarship, based on funds available
