Jason Somyak Memorial Endowed Scholarship

Created by the family and friends of Jason Somyak, a Macomb Community College student, to provide financial assistance to first year students.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA 2.5 each semester of award
• financial need (FAFSA required)
• first year college student
• preference to graduates of Chippewa Valley High School and Macomb County resident
• brief summary of goals and/or letter of recommendation from current or former instructor
• award is for tuition and fees
