Created by the family and friends of Jason Somyak, a Macomb Community College student, to provide assistance to those in financial need.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) each semester of award
• minimum GPA 2.0 each semester of award
• financial need (FAFSA required)
• award is for tuition, fees, and books
• preference given, but not limited to Chippewa Valley School district students
• Macomb County resident
