Ronald J. Dichtel Scholarship

This named scholarship fund has been established in loving memory by the family of Ronald J. Dichtel in celebration of the 60th Anniversary of the founding of Concord Tool & Manufacturing, Inc. Throughout his life and in business, Ron was loved by and impacted the lives of hundreds of people. Through this fund, Ron’s legacy will live on through the support and success of Macomb students who demonstrate a commitment to hard work, integrity and passion for their studies in Skilled Trades and Advanced Manufacturing.

• currently enrolled in one of the following Skilled Trades/Manufacturing Technology certificate or degree programs at Macomb Community College: CNC Machinist, CAM Technologist, Welding, and Tool & Die.
• currently in good standing with Macomb Community College.
• minimum GPA of 2.0
• award to be used for tuition, fees, books and other educational expenses
• yearly automatic renewal based on submitted application
• FAFSA is NOT required to apply. All eligible students will be considered regardless of financial need
• U.S. Citizenship is required
• preference given to students not eligible for other types of federal or state aid
