Kathy & Jerry Wood Scholarship Fund

Jerry and Kathy Wood were lifelong entrepreneurs who founded the Annapolis Sailing School and major in-water boat shows. Their foundation was created to provide scholarships and assistance to promising students. Their goal with this scholarship is to support graduating seniors from Macomb County high schools, covering 100% of the estimated cost of their tuition, fees, books, and reasonable educational expenses.

• half-time enrollment (6 credit hours or more) at Macomb Community College
• Macomb County high school graduate
• currently in good standing with Macomb Community College
• award is for tuition, fees, books, and other educational expenses
• preference will be given to applicants who complete an essay about their educational goals and how this scholarship will make a difference in their life
• preference to students that have financial need – FAFSA required
